TERMS AND CONDITIONS

By ordering with Pitaland Inc. the customer agrees to have read fully and understood our terms and conditions. The following is a list of our terms and conditions:

INTERNET ORDER PROCESSING

Internet orders are subject to credit card verification and are processed in 1 - 3 days, this processing time DOES NOT include shipping days. All orders are subject to availability and limited to stock on hand. We make every effort to fill orders completely and quickly. We ask for your understanding when a product becomes unavailable and we will gladly recommend a similar product.

REFUND AND EXCHANGE POLICY

At Pitaland Inc. we endeavour to make your online shopping experience to be positive and exceptional. For this reason, we respectfully ask you to make your selection carefully as we do not offer exchanges or refunds for change of mind, individual tastes or incorrect products ordered.

If you have sent an incorrect product you must email us at contact@pitaland.com within 48 hours of delivery.  As long as the product is unopened, unused and in it’s original condition, we will make arrangements for the correct product to be sent at no additional cost to you.

We will make every effort to ensure that your order is well packaged and arrives in good condition.  In the event of spoilage or damage, you must contact us within 24 hours of delivery at contact@pitaland.com .   Please provide a description and your reason for the return and Tracking number where applicable.  Upon receipt of your email we will provide you with a Reference Number (RN) and we will then assess the claim on a case-by-case basis.  We will ask you to provide proof of the damage (including photo evidence).  Refunds or replacements are made at the discretion of zaffrongrocery.com.au.

Pitaland Inc. is not responsible for goods that are either damaged in transit or not received. Damaged or lost orders will be resolved with the respective shipping company.  Replacement of damaged or lost items is made at the discretion of Pitaland Inc.

All claims must be pre-authorised and issued with a confirmation Reference Number (RN). We will not accept product returns without the Reference Number (RN).  Products must be returned in original packaging and unopened.  Please do not write or stick anything on the product or its packaging. Failures to comply with the above requirements will void your exchange or refund.

Any refunds will be made to your debit/credit card. 

Shipping is non-refundable except in rare cases where we may have made an error.

IN-STORE PICKUP POLICY

For free "in-store" pickup orders, you must plan to pick your order up in our store located at 620 Brookline Blvd., Pittsburgh, PA 15226. We will NOT ship your order if you selelct this option. 

SHIPPING POLICY

We arrange, on your behalf and responsibility, shipment with UPS, Fedex or USPS to make the delivery. The weather conditions are critical to grocery items (extreme high and low temperatures). We are unable to replace grocery items that are damaged by the weather. Pitaland Inc. assumes no liability for grocery items damaged due to poor weather during transport; this can include freezing or leaking (safe temps above 45 degrees & below 85 degrees). Be sure of the weather and shipping conditions before placing an order to be shipped.

• We do not ship to other countries

• Ultimate liability for package is between you and the carrier. (UPS, Fedex, USPS, etc)

• You are responsible for any return shipping charges

• If you are aware of an extreme hot or cold spell in your area, please notify us if you wish to delay shipment until the weather is more favorable. If your area is experiencing extreme weather conditions, Pitaland Inc. can briefly hold your order for future shipment.

We ship Ground, Next Day Air, and 2nd and 3rd Day Air:

ALL ORDERS MUST BE RECEIVED AND PROCESSED BY 12 pm Eastern Time for fulfillment and shipping of that same day.

• Ground Service - approximately 2-5 business days in transit

• 3 Day Select - 3 business days in transit

• 2nd Day Air - 2 business days in transit

• Next Day Air - 1 business day in transit

Insurance is available for an additional charge.

Please note, a street address is required for all shipments. We DO NOT ship to a PO BOX address, P.O. Boxes, APO addresses, Hospitals, Military Bases, Colleges, Cruise Ships and Hotels.

All orders are subject to the appropriate state sales tax.

CONTACT INFORMATION

Pitaland Inc. requires that each order contain the correct name, billing address, CVC code and zip code for the credit card used. If the information you provide is not an exact match, we will not process your order and accept no liability regarding your order or timeliness of delivery.

GIFT CARDS

Gift cards are sold on the website, value is determined when entering quantity. The card contains value which may be used to purchase goods with the exception of other cards. The gift card may not be redeemed for cash and the unused value remains on the card. Pitaland Inc. is not responsible for the lost, stolen or damaged gift card or any unauthorized use. Unless as required by applicable law, the gift card may not be redeemed for cash and the unsed value remains on the card.

PLEASE NOTE: If you would like to apply your gift card to a purchase online, at check out there will be a Gift Card section, enter the 16 digit number. Gift cards are mailed via U.S. Postal free of charge.

PRIVACY/SECURITY POLICY
